A friend sent me this recipe because both of us are on a low-fat, low sodium diets. It was simply delicious. I made it the night before and poured it into a refrigerated container and took it to work with me. I sipped on it all thru the day - it was a cool, refreshing drink that kept me cool. I also had some before bedtime to tide me over till morning. It was better than eating something else.
