• 1 cup cottage cheese
 • 1 tablespoon onion (chopped very fine)
 • 1/4 teaspoon salt
 • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
 • 2 teaspoons parsley flakes

Directions

2. Beat with a fork or mixer, or in a blender, until cottage cheese is smooth.

3. Add the other ingredients. Stir together.

4. Store the dip in the fridge for 1 to 2 hours to let the flavors blend.

Notes

I leave out the salt. To blend I use my emulsifier.

I can't believe how this turned out - you can't even tell it's cottage cheese! I used dill weed instead of parsley. I will definitely make this again!

Yum! This is a quick, easy and healthy alternative to ranch dressing/dip- and I thought it tasted better than most brands of store bought low-fat ranch.

I didn't have garlic powder, so I chopped a glove of garlic and added that to the blender. Will definitely make this again!
